Physical Plant has its base operation located at 285 Ainsley Drive, and is distributed throughout the campus through maintenance Zones. Physical Plant is responsible for maintenance to academic, administrative, athletic facilities and fields, grounds, and landscaping. There is also a Construction Division that works on small to medium projects. Please note that the operation and maintenance of all residential and dining facilities is the responsibility of the Housing and Food Services Maintenance Zone.
