Materials Distribution Online Ordering System (MDOOS) To request access to MDOOS your department's Information Coordinator will need to submit a FAST request. Please select the connection Prod Materials Distribution Online Order and complete the template. A FAST request must also be submitted to add or delete account numbers or change access for existing users. If you have questions or concerns please contact Cynthia Stetson x5738 or Pat Hayden x2278.
